Control Room Associate

At Quintas Energy, we are about Managing Power, with a team of 200 professionals providing asset management, advisory, and development services across Europe, the UK, and Australia.

Due to increasing demand for our Control Room services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Associate to join our growing team. If you are passionate about renewable energy, analytical by nature, and eager to work in a fast-paced, international environment, this could be your next step.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of solar plants using dedicated systems.
• Track key components and analyse deviations from reference values.
• Record and escalate incidents, ensuring smooth plant operations.
• Coordinate with O&M teams and relevant stakeholders to manage outages, maintenance, and communication failures.
• Adjust Bidding and Trading portals when applicable.
• Respond to incident calls and conduct CCTV checks.

You will work in 3 shifts of 8 hours (morning – 07:00 to 15:00 –, evening – 15:00 to 23:00 –, night– 23:00 to 07:00 –) during the week, rotating within a 6-week cycle schedule, with two weeks off and two weekends with 12-hour shifts, so you will have a different timetable every week.
