The Internship: Step into the dynamic world of Quintas Energy and embark on a transformative journey that fuses legal analysis, excellence, and hands-on experience. As a legal intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to analyze the compliance of solar installations, ensuring adherence to permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.

What You'll Learn: During this immersive internship, you will:

• Support the review and organisation of project documentation and contracts related to renewable energy projects.
• Assist the team in the preliminary legal review of PV project documentation prepared by third parties.
• Provide support in due diligence processes by compiling and structuring relevant legal information and documents.
• Conduct basic regulatory and legal research related to renewable energy projects and applicable frameworks.
• Assist in identifying potential contractual or compliance issues under the supervision of senior team members.
• Support the preparation of internal notes, summaries and documentation used in advisory projects.
• Coordinate and organise project files and documentation to ensure proper record keeping across advisory assignments.

Conditions:

Compensation: 500 euros gross/month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 13:00h (20h per week)

Location: our office is in Eur (Rome)

Period: 6 months
